Design, implement, and enhance SN ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management, AIOps).

Configure and manage CMDB, and implement discovery schedules, patterns, and probes across hybrid environments (on-prem/cloud).

Create Business Services maps using Service Mapping, and integrate Event Management with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Zabbix, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).

Implement CMDB Health Dashboard and drive initiatives for completeness, correctness, and compliance.

Certifications – CSA/Discovery/ Service Mapping/ Event Management.

The bonus amount for the Job IDs mentioned in this form is INR 11,000.
